Exploitation of the results after the project

The project foresees the production of an Exploitation plan that will become effective with the preparation of new projects to enlarge the network. The exploitation plan shows how the project partners want to exploit project results at National and European level and in particular:

  • how they will distribute the dissemination products and tools;
  • and how they will use the knowledge generated during the project.

The Eco-in-Foundries project intends to contribute to the competitiveness of small-medium foundries:

  • by increasing their knowledge on existing and “promising” technologies in foundry industries;
  • by increasing the participation of SMEs to the European research programmes;
  • by networking and sharing know-how among SMEs and RTD centres;
  • by providing an effective support to brick barriers and obstacles that prevent the adoption of a proactive environmental approach in manufacturing activities.
