Eco-Information flyer has been distributed at regional level in Romania

The printed form of the flyer has been received from the coordinator and then distributed at regional level in Romania. The target groups have been: several foundries in the region, consulting and research centres in the area of metal production and a specialised department on metal casting in a university. The distribution took place in the period October-November 2005. The stakeholders have been invited to join the network and to subscribe to the web portal.

Prototype version of the Ecoinfoundries portal has been disseminated at regional level in Romania.

An important number of stakeholders in the field of environmental protection as well as in the field of mechanical engineering have been informed by AnySoft through E-mail on the prototype version of the Ecoinfoundries portal. They have been invited to test the platform and to report suggestions for improvement.

Affiliation to ECOINFOUNDRIES network

Any company may be affiliated to one of the most important European virtual communities in the foundry sector in order to share knowledge, expertise, best practices and work on common projects. To be affiliated you need to follow three simple steps: 1) Register yourself as a user on the web platform 2) Submit at least 2 survey questionnaires in the "Survey" area. 3) Finally, fill in the online company profile in the "Affiliated Users" area, submit it in the system and you will receive affiliated rights from the network administration. Otherwise, you may fill in off-line the attached company profile document and send it to the coordinator of this project (see Project Description -> Partners) Benefit: take full advantage of all functionalities in the web platform.
